General Provisions
Smoking is prohibited throughout Dolphin Cay and Sea Lion Point.
Wetsuit and/or flotation vest will be provided. All participating guests must wear only the attire supplied by Dolphin Cay while in the water.
To protect the health and safety of marine animals, any guest who has come into contact with stranded marine mammals on the beach within the past 24 hours shall not take part in this activity.
Consumption of food and drinks is prohibited in shallow water areas and animal habitats.
No jewelry or loose detachable articles can be worn during animal interaction.
Any guest who corners, pulls or scratches dolphins will be asked to leave the activity site immediately.
Participants are not allowed to touch dolphins’ eyes, blowholes and private body parts.
Cameras are not permitted for guests, whether in the water or within animal habitat zones.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances that impair physical mobility is prohibited from participation. The Dolphin Cay management team reserves the absolute right to judge whether a guest is fit to join the animal interaction experience.
Sea Lion Fun Interaction
Guests can purchase photos on site at an extra charge as desired. All participants must take off all loose detachable items, including but not limited to jewelry, accessories, hats and sunglasses.
Guests are not allowed to take photos via personal mobile phones or other photographic electronic devices during the interaction.
Guests shall arrive at the activity venue 15 minutes ahead of schedule; no advance reservation is required.
Participants of this experience do not need to wear swimwear or enter the water.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or above throughout the interaction.
This is a shared group activity rather than exclusive one-on-one service for all guests in the same session.

Children under 12 (not including guests who have turned 12) must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or older; one paying adult may accompany up to two paying children. Guests of every age, including accompanying adults, are required to purchase a ticket.
This is a shared group activity without exclusive one-on-one service, and families will take turns to interact with marine animals.
Full refunds are available anytime for bookings without confirmed reservations.
Once the reservation is confirmed, no cancellations or amendments will be accepted within the subsequent 24 hours.
General Provisions
All sold tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and valid for one single entry only. Registered guests may enter the waterpark via facial recognition during their stay. Guests encountering facial recognition failure or those who have completed check-out may seek staff support at the turnstiles. Walk-in visitors are required to purchase tickets for park entry.
No refunds, exchanges or ticket extensions will be provided if equipment or performances are suspended or canceled due to force majeure such as bad weather, power outages and other unforeseeable circumstances.
Children measuring 90cm to 150cm in height and seniors aged 65 and above must be accompanied by at least one paying adult upon entry. Each paying adult may supervise a maximum of two children or elderly guests.
Guests with mental disorders or under the influence of alcohol will be refused entry to Aquaventure Waterpark.
Food, alcoholic drinks, pets, oversized inflatable water toys, surfboards, rafts, flammable and explosive hazardous materials, controlled knives, glass products, scooters, roller skates, drones, motorized and non-motor vehicles, and any articles posing safety risks are banned inside the park. To protect guest safety, Atlantis Waterpark reserves the right to inspect guests’ bags, and all guests shall cooperate with security checks.
For your personal safety and the protection of your belongings, valuables including eyeglasses, sunglasses, jewelry, necklaces and jade ornaments are not permitted to be worn or carried on water attractions. Valuables may be stored in park lockers. The park shall bear no liability for any loss or disappearance of personal valuables.
All guests shall wear proper swimwear to access water rides. Unacceptable attire includes but is not limited to undergarments, baggy casual outfits, daily wear, and any swimwear or garments fitted with rivets, metal buckles or exposed metal hardware.
To safeguard the safety of all guests, slip-resistant footwear must be worn at all times within the park premises. Running, chasing and rough horseplay are strictly prohibited.
Complimentary flotation vests are available at Atlantis Waterpark. Children under 1.2m in height, seniors aged 60 and above, and guests with limited swimming ability are strongly advised to wear flotation vests for all rides.
Please carefully read the safety notices posted at each attraction (equipment) prior to boarding. Guests must meet all height and weight requirements and fully follow all boarding directions given by on-site attendants. Access to all attractions is denied to pregnant guests, visitors under alcohol intoxication, guests with wounds, medical tubes or bandages, and those suffering from hypertension, cervical or spinal illnesses, heart conditions, acrophobia, post-major-operation conditions or contagious diseases.
For your safety, all dangerous improper acts including but not limited to diving and jumping off attractions are strictly prohibited, and violators will be asked to leave the park right away.
Attractions may be delayed or closed without prior notice for unscheduled safety inspections and routine maintenance. We appreciate your understanding.
All guests must queue in order. Line-cutting and holding spots for others in any form are forbidden. Guests who leave the queue mid-way will need to re-queue upon coming back.
Riding water attractions involves inherent risks such as collisions and raft overturns. Please read safety guidelines thoroughly, maintain proper riding posture, grip raft handles firmly and watch out for other guests.
Toddlers are required to wear dedicated swim diapers at all times within the park, which can be purchased at retail outlets inside Atlantis Waterpark.
Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas of the Waterpark; smoking is banned in all non-smoking zones.
In the event of an emergency, please stay calm and evacuate orderly while following on-site staff’s directions.
Complimentary changing rooms and shower facilities are provided for all guests of Atlantis Waterpark. Locker and towel rentals are chargeable optional services for guests to choose voluntarily.
Kindly preserve all park facilities and green plants. Climbing, shifting, carving and damaging any park amenities are prohibited.
Without prior written consent, all entities and individuals are prohibited from holding gatherings, selling merchandise, distributing or posting promotional materials, or conducting commercial shooting and filming inside the park.
The park Wi-Fi shall not be used to access or publish any illegal or inappropriate content. Atlantis Waterpark reserves the right to pursue full legal liabilities against violators.
Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the final right of interpretation for all special circumstances related to these regulations. Furthermore, all issues not explicitly specified herein shall be handled in the best overall interests of all parties concerned.
Flamingo Floats
Guardian supervision is required for children under 1.4 m in height while renting or using the Flamingo Float.
A maximum of two people are permitted on each Flamingo Float at any given time.
Do not tug at the wings or press down on the neck of the Flamingo Float while it is in use.
Flamingo Floats are available in limited quantities and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Flamingo Floats are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once rented; please read the Rental Guidelines carefully beforehand.
